FORMAT FOR PRIVATE BIRTHDAY PARTIES
FORMAT FOR THE ONE HOUR SHOW
First: The party leader will introduce the birthday child in front of the party with the character and parents standing next to him/her.
Second: The children will be invited to come play games.
Third: We will play 5 to 7 musical games with the children and give out prizes. (space permitting)
Fourth: The character will be sent for a short break and then the party leader will make balloon animals for the children.
Fifth: The party leader will bring the character back and assist in rounding everyone up near the cake so that we can all sing happy birthday.
Final: The character will be sent away, and we will ask all the children to wave goodbye.
FORMAT FOR THE TWO HOUR SHOW:
First: The party leader will introduce the birthday child in front of the party with the character and parents standing next to him/her.
Second: The children will be invited to come play games.
Third: We will play 5 to 7 musical games with the children and give out prizes. (space permitting)
Fourth: The character will be sent for a short break and then the party leader will make balloon animals for the children.
Fifth: The party leader will bring the character back and assist in rounding everyone up near the cake so that we all can sing happy birthday.
Sixth: The character will at this time be available for photos while the party leader is setting up for face painting.
Seventh: Once the party leader is ready to start face painting, the character will be sent or escorted away. We will first ask all the children to wave goodbye.
Eight: We will then start face painting, and are usually able to paint about 20-25 kids in an hr of time.
Final: We will then pick up our things and thank the people that hired us and pass out cards.
1.5 hr show features only half of the face painting time of a two hr show!!! Please be aware that on average, approx. 25 kids can be painted in an hour of time, so a little more than half in a half hour of time.
