This company is very unprofessional.I had a terrible experience with this company.. They where more than two hours late without explanation. After calling to get a ETA.. The staff was rude and very demanding,,,(The guy I spoke with over the phone like to hear himself talk).. I was so out done with this company.. I could not beleive how the guy spoke to me.I would have cancelled the service right then and there if the children where not already anticapating sponge bob's arrival... I would never do business with this company again.. I am still waiting on the refund check that I was promised 2 months ago..

Smiles Family Entertainment is gracious for each and every client that has ever given us a chance, and will continue to cherish and appreciate the relationships that we strive so hard to build. We are not perfect unfortunately, and occasionally make mistakes, and if so, normally minor. We do all that we can to own up to the mistake, and make the situation as tranparent as possible to our clients and their guest, and make it right to the best of our ability with our clients. In very few situations, we encounter situations with clients who do all that they can to avoid being held financially responsible for their event, and most often when that occurs it is a likely unsafe atmosphere for our entertainers. We hope that our clients understand that attempting to paint a bad picture unjust, will not work, because we do all that we can to give back to communities we serve, and to be fair to our clients. In closing, we are 100% here to bring smiles, memories, and make bad days and lives better for atleast a day. The little ones didn't ask to be here, and we understand that, and will give our all to make sure they are happy first and farmost.
