All singing telegrams will include a balloon bouquet, (6) plain color latex balloons, (2) solid color shaped Mylar or foil balloons
(stars, circles, or hearts), (2) 18" Mylar balloons occasion appropriate (a total of 10 balloons), and a color coordinating balloon weight!!!
